Chilanga residents are reminded that the Property Rates Amnesty is still ongoing, with only 16 days remaining before it comes to an end on 31st December, 2025.
This is an opportunity for property owners with outstanding rates to pay less, clear their arrears, and avoid penalties. Residents are encouraged not to wait until the last minute but to take advantage of the amnesty while it is still available.
